Domestic Distribution
Full truck, part load or container, matched to the cargo.
Plan intercity and domestic distribution through full-truck, part-load, containerised and air cargo options.

Five arrangements. Each fits a different load.
FTL, LTL, FCL, LCL and domestic air freight; pickup, handling, transport coordination and delivery arrangements as applicable.
| Mode | Use it when | What is planned |
|---|---|---|
| FTL · Full Truckload | Dedicated truck movement when a load needs its own vehicle. | Vehicle body and capacity, pickup/delivery windows, routing, loading constraints and POD. |
| LTL · Less Than Truckload | Part-load road distribution where consolidation can improve efficiency. | Chargeable weight/volume, consolidation points, handling and estimated delivery windows. |
| FCL · Full Container Load | Domestic container shipping for full-container requirements. | Container type, port pairs, container handling, freight schedule and onward delivery. |
| LCL · Less Than Container Load | Domestic sea consolidation for shipments that do not require a full container. | Cargo measurement, consolidation timetable, cargo acceptance, port-to-port and delivery scope. |
| Domestic Air Freight | Air distribution between domestic airports when transit speed is a key variable. | Chargeable weight, flight uplift, cargo security checks, airport handling and final-mile arrangements. |
Five questions that choose the mode.
Evaluate cargo dimensions, origin/destination, delivery constraints, consolidation options and mode-specific handovers.
- How big is the load?A few pallets suggest part load; a full vehicle suggests FTL; a container-sized load points to FCL.
- How tight is the delivery window?A fixed window narrows the choice to dedicated or air.
- Does the route cross water?Between islands the choice is container, consolidated or air.
- How fragile or valuable is it?The more handling a mode involves, the more the packing has to carry.
- Who loads and unloads, and where?Dock, forklift and access hours decide which vehicles can be used.
What we need to choose the mode
- Pickup and delivery addresses, with the contact at each
- Dimensions, weight and packing of the cargo
- The window in which the cargo must be picked up and delivered
- Loading and unloading limits at both ends (dock, forklift, access hours)
- Whether proof of delivery must reach you on the same day
